Responding to debt review proposal responses from credit providers
Following up on debt review proposal responses
Qualifications requirements:
Debt Counselling Course (Registered by the NCR) Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent Pass in Mathematics
Experience & Skills
Proven effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be computer literate (email, internet, word, and excel)
Excellent telephone etiquette Experience in drafting proposals and query resolution
